From north – south – east
Take the A 45 freeway to the exit „Herborn West“ (26), direction Montabaur – Bad Marienberg (B 255) (West). Take the first traffic circle at the first exit towards Haiger. The airfield is signposted from here.

From the greater Cologne area via the freeway (approx.135 km):
A 4 to freeway junction Olpe-Süd, exit onto the A 45 towards Siegen, exit Herborn West. From here see description above.

From the Bonn area via the country road (approx. 100 km):
A 59 towards St. Augustin, freeway junction Sankt Augustin-West, turn right onto the A 560 to the end of the freeway at Hennef. The freeway changes into the B 8, direction Altenkirchen. In Altenkirchen turn left onto the B 256, until you reach the B 414 (then approx. 35 km). Take the B 255, direction Breitscheid (approx. 10 km). In Breitscheid the airfield is signposted.
